Fujifilm Focuses on Frontier 570
Just when you thought our digital mini-labs couldn’t get any better, we’ve launched a faster, smaller, more efficient model than ever before - the Fujifilm Frontier 570.
Darren Peake, marketing manager for Fujifilm Photofinishing, explains: “We believe the Frontier 570 is the best on the market and were happy to ask people to try and prove us wrong. The Frontier 570 is capable of delivering a staggering 1,800 per hour and also produces the highest image quality ever from a Frontier minilab - an unbeatable combination!”
Focus 2005 was also the first opportunity for visitors to get their hands on the FinePix S3 Pro - the culmination of Fujifilm’s professional photography heritage and imaging know-how. Unveiled on Fujifilm’s stand, the Finepix S3 Pro proved a popular talking point throughout the exhibition. The camera sets itself apart from its competitors by using Fujifilm’s proprietary Super CCD SR II sensor along with a range of exclusively developed professional controls.
And as if that wasn’t excitement enough, Fujifilm also used Focus 2005 as an opportunity to give demonstrations of its Frontier Manager and LablinkPro equipment - resulting in a crowded stand throughout the exhibition.
Frontier Manager has been developed by Fujifilm to help retailers combine their print processing offer with the rest of their retail business, by working through a store’s EPOS system in order to help staff prioritise their Frontier workload. LablinkPro also created a lot of excitement on the stand. It provides a unique online print order fulfilment service which aims to streamline order processing between professional photographers and labs. It enables photographers to load images onto a dedicated website and place their order online, making it completely flexible - photographers can place secure orders 24 hours a day.
