To be eligible for a warranty repair, your camera must less than 12 months old and you must supply a copy of your receipt. Your twelve month manufacturers warranty covers failures due to defective components only. If upon inspection, your camera is found to have suffered accidental damage an estimate will be provided

Please note we can not deliver to PO box addresses and someone must be available to sign for your returned product Monday to Friday, 9 – 5.
